How about using Spartan Charge? The Aim that is in Spartan Charge should do a good job on the kochia. I have been using a quart of Glyphosate ahead of seeding and it seems to be doing a good job. I do see some kochia starting to show up in the fields that I have already sprayed and I am hoping that a application of Spartan Charge four or five days after planting will do a good job on the kochia. If you haven't sprayed yet and the kochia is there I think the Round up will set it back pretty good.
