Manitoba, Canada | We have a slingshot base setup at our dealership. Our customers have been calling saying that they will lose RTK 2-3 times a day for 5-10minutes before its back up. Apparently one of my other stores has the same problem (different base), and have heard that our competitors in town here have a customer having the same problem (different base). I called the slingshot support and they havent heard of this. I have my customers recording when it goes offline to see if its the same time daily when it happens. We are in Manitoba. Anyone else been seeing this? Im trying to determine if its a slingshot problem or something with our cell provider.
my customers are running the signal through Trimble 262, our competitor im not sure they would be Raven or Trimble on their units. | |
