Some are 30 years or more here. Best thing you can do is lime, control the weeds, rotate varieties and introduce a cover crop. I try to get wheat or barley or rye or oats going to beans, grass legume rotation.

Cysts can really get out of hand so good thing you test.

I see I have some bean leaf beetles already.
