| I'm with hesston. Go with a front mount Grasshopper. 721DT(If you are going brand new) with 61" deck and high lift blades that would be perfect for the terrace work and the rest of the yard. It looks like you have a three dealer choices with in 25 miles. Ran two lawn tractors and then a GRAZER as a young boy. Then I grew up on a Grasshopper(dad still owns), I've had two other brands since and won't be going back. If it's a long term relationship Grasshoppers seem to be assembled logically and are much better to work on with a exposed power plant versus have everything buried under a plastic hood. This also pertains to routine maintenance, drain plugs and grease fittings are placed where a human being can access them. The kubota liquid cooled engines are second to none. Quiet, smooth, reliable, and always begging for more grass. I know the Kubota engine will dip into the wallet to begin with but long term you will have no regrets.
