The EZ-Steer is not going to be the issue with keeping it online, it will be the WAAS correction. EZ-Steer when properly calibrated will keep the tractor within 2-3 inches of the commanded line. The real issue is WAAS which can drift 10-12 inches during a pass. If the owner is willing to accept guess rows that vary from 20-40 inches wide he will be OK, if not, you will need better correction ie: OmniStar or RTK. $2000 to upgrade a 500 to Omni and $400? for 3 months XP correction.
