I've only had one complaint about noise......and that was from a 20something kid. Most Landlords/Customers have actually compliemented a guy taking pride and keeping them looking good but I do try to very careful planning work so it's not offensive to them and keep them up at night.
Last thursday I was spraying and came down in the "hidden valley" camp ground of 1 landlord @ 7am, as I didn't think they'd be camping....I talked to hime the next day and apologized for waking them up.....he said" heck we're up, just offend you didn't stop for Coffee"
