SW Missouri | I heard a good story today. Seems as though this guy and his business partner(don't know either) were having a rough time getting along and were about to split up. Each one thought the other was stealing from the other. Seems as though one had some sort of listening device that every time his partner would call his lawyer or his lawyer would call him it would record it. Of course it was all illegal but they couldn't figure out why they always seemed to be one step behind in court. This all seemed a little far feached to me.
First off is this kind of equipment available to the public? I can see law enforcement or the CIA/ FBI having something like this but not anyone else.
Secondly, wouldn't they have to have the phone company's help on something like that? What do you guys think. | |
