I've been planting around 120,000 per acre on my 38s and try to use a medium-bush bean. Full bush beans would be good but getting harder to find in my area. Like to end up with 8 evenly spaced seeds per foot. Planting any thicker than that is just a waste of seed and they are more prone to lodging.
