yeah- had some roundup go on about 10 acres of corn we had (not RR) when corn was $7/bu. Local coop did the spraying and came out saying to pay us back for the lost yield. Never heard from them again. We called and took it out of our bill for the corn we had banked there for cattle. Everything seemed fine after that. Now got a guy from California south of us. Tried to claim his strawberries were killed by round up we sprayed. Kicker is, I offered to send a plant into the U of M for testing and said the damage was not likely from my spraying (used Dual preemerge) and his strawberries were 1/4 mile away and the wind was blowing at about 5 mph exactly away from his house. First time I had been accused of using Roundup and having it go against the wind to target a strawberry and ignore the corn and wheat in between. Darn california dreamers.....
