NE IOWA/ SE SD | Thanks. Yeah, a lot of my fields are pretty mostly sandy loam....and pattern tiled. When everyone else gets back in the field to start doing tillage....I wait a day and then plant....usually takes one extra day to dry out.
My next planter is gonna have the double shark tooth coulters with traction wheels on them and the same wavy coulter. I think (from what I have seen) the shark tooth whippers do a much better job. of clearing trash....my finger type just can't get go fast enough to get it all. | |
