Looks good but I wouldnt trust it. I had a hardened pin that we used for a hitch pin and the top broke off and we lost the implement. You cant weld those hardened pins because the weld wont go very deep into the hardened metal. THROW IT AWAY. VERY DANGEROUS. You could get sued or worse, somone could get killed if it came unhooked on the highway or road.
