Brinkley, Arkansas | Cummins isn't any better. The N14 in my Buhler was missing and still under warranty so Cummins sent a guy out. He was there a grand total of less than 45 minutes and replaced an injector. He didn't have to drive out from Little Rock (70 miles) as he was already passing within a mile of my place on his way back from another call. I get the bill later and it was $200 deductible (not a problem), $350 mileage (questionable but I figured I'd get hit for some), $375 "driving labor" (total BS to me) and tax. Almost $1000 bill for 45 minutes of work on an engine still under warranty. I called the shop foreman and he graciously allowed me 150 credit since they didn't have to drive that far *roll eyes*. Never again will they get the call from me. | |
