May check that the tractor drawbar is in the correct postion.
The end of a 1-3/8 inch 1000 RPM PTO shaft must be 16 inches ahead of the center of the drawpin.
The end of a 1-3/4 inch 1000 RPM PTO shaft must be 20 inches ahead of the center of the drawpin.
