Subject: Anyone using a Phoenix harrow??????

Thinking of buying a Phoenix harrow to help knock down stalks and possibly dry out wet bean stubble ground. Is anyone using one of these anymore??? Biggest use would be running it ahead of 1690 no-till drill. Am I better off just no-tilling into the stalks or hitting it with the Phoenix? I like the idea of getting them knocked down before drilling but am I asking for trouble hairpinning residue? Thanks for any help in advance!!!!!
