It's not the size of the hole on the 130 cell plate,it's the fact that they are so close together and big beans like he is talking about the beans will hold each other out of the holes causing vacuum problems to where you might not be able to hold vacuum. I got a set of 100 cell plates at the planter clinic and they were running a special on them that got them in the mid $40 range.
