Subject: Lots of Corn in Ground Here

Schlegel Farms, Hagerstown Indiana
I don't think I have ever seen the corn go in the ground this fast in the area.

If we are wrong, and "Mother Nature" throws us a curve the first couple weeks of May..........It's going to take a pile of seed corn to replant all this (LoL).

Myself.....I feel like I'm behind (only 30% in the ground)...the day I was planning to start.......I awoke at 1 AM throwing up my guts. Flu took me out for a couple days, and when I did get started it felt like the seed was in 150# bags. First time in 38 years of farming, on my own, I was ever sick during planting or harvest....it sucks!!!

I'm OK now, but the wife still has the croup (blames Me naturally)
