The problem that you were having was in regards to a new FODD that was just released. This is not the software but the drivers (FODD) that allow the software to read the PP data as well as others. Unfortunately the knowledge of the new FODD was not known at the time of your call. I know you have been contacted with this new information but for anyone else who may experience the same problem, please go to Help then Check for Updates. Here you will see any new FODDs that need to be downloaded and installed. Once you have downloaded them, close out of Farm Works. This will assure you that there are no files left open that will prevent a complete update.
