Pasco WA. | I was quoted $2800. The yield monitor is not tied into the preservative applicator. Two completely seperate systems. I do lots of experimenting but it's hard to visually see a yield difference. A .1 ton per cutting per acre difference adds up to 1/2 a ton by the end of the year. The potential is there for a very fast payback. It's tempting to try.
I have an older applicator that came on a baler I bought last year. The controlls won't stay working so I manually applied some preservative last fall. I still don't know if the stuff works because I couldn't find any burn, even in my checks. | |
