Central Kansas | There was previous post on the problems with the synthetic pyrethroids (Baythroid, Mustang Max, Warrior)controlling alfalfa weevil in Kansas. We re-sprayed aobut 30% of the acres we originally covered but control has been erratic on all acres. I have a theory but I have to run the data on the 60 or so fields that I have taken weevil counts in this week before I make a fool of myself. I was just wondering whether anyone has had any new theories on the problem. | |
