looking for another lp tank, after last falls problems. found a older used one for sale, but it is half full. can it be moved with this much lp in it, or will it have to be pumped out? if need to be emptyed, how much of a job is that? guy is asking 1500. for now.
tank is old. will have to make sure it has a liquid line, and is not rusted. anything else to check?
