Downtown Shell Knob MO Come Visit! | How much is he putting on? also, it takes heat to acutally dissolve the UA and N when making the 28 percent, then when you mix that with water you never really get 14 percent, it is really just half 28 percent and half water so it does have the ability to settle out, and the UAN will always go to the bottom of the tank because it is heavier, so make sure he is keeping it mixed up, I mixed water and 32 once in a bulk tank so I wouldn't have to mix it when I was spraying gyphosate. Then the bulk tank sat for a week or so, and the first load I took from it was mostly N, (judging how it burnt the weeds like gramoxone) then the rest of water in the tank seemed like it had 0 UAN in it ( I even did the open cut test on the back of my hand and it didnt burn at all :) ) |
