Bob we are birds of a feather, 'cept here I can't get them to pay me. I once traveled twenty miles into Cincy for 140 acres(at the beginning, it got smaller) in about 19 patches spread over two miles, one field was 50 acres, the rest were not! they sold off some frontage for 1/2 million per acre,.
