Thats what some land brought here in NE Iowa yesterday. 1 year lease not sure of the total acres, around 300 if I remember right, did have hog manure knifed in. The guy that owns it bit off alot more then he could chew and bank wound up goin in and cleanin house. Didnt think clay ground would ever bring that.

Edit, 395 was what one parcel brought, the other two averaged 360.
