Central Il Morton | Well there are farmers around here that are praying for rain because everything they have worked has dryed down to the depth they worked it! BTDT.
I started planting a field as the FC was leaving and had to lower the trash wheels and the planter depth to get into moisture as I crossed the field.
I won't let the FC get more than 2 hrs ahead until it rains.
