I saw them planting potatoes just north of Culver Indiana last Saturday. I was surprised to see two big spud planters in the field. I heard they were chipping potatoes and only grown under irrigation. Some tillage and NH3 app. going on in the area.
Speaking of Winamac, I grew up around Knox. Small world.
