I know Triumph has some dwarf flowers. I believe we planted some S672's last year, they are only supposed to get 36-38" in height, and thats about all ours got under full irrigation.

Other companies might have some options as well, I just happen to have been around the Triumph's.

We are using 5 oz/ac of Spartan Charge, which includes some AIM for broadleafs. Be very aware that different Spartan products have different use rates and potential crop damage is very sensitive to soil pH (with high pH soils being worse and would be reason enough to cut back the rate some).
