Subject: RE: Tram lines in wheat

Been doing tramlines in soys and wheat for 20+ years. Now using a 15' 750 drill w/ trams every 45'. In soys we block out 2 rows per tire and in wheat 1 row unit for each wheel. Very simple unit w/ sliding plates moved by a 4" cylinder over the seed cup opening inside the box. Can be interesting trying to remember every 3rd pass. Great for night spraying. Farming in southern Ontario, maybe in a couple wks its time to drag the corn planter up and down the field;-)
