N/E Iowa | Put the rain gauge out last night before the 1/2 inch we were suppose to get...... HA! Rained most of the night, hailed the size of marbles on my deck at 4:00 a.m. And woke up to 2.60 inches of rain,Creeks are way out of there banks, cattle and calves knee deep in mud, and more to come this afternoon!! All i can think about is "Here we go again" another 09' year all over again! I spent 3 days reworking the waterways that needed some attention from the last two years of wash outs, only to have them washed out again last night..... I want to plant in the dust, JUST ONE SPRING!!!! | |
