Subject: Soybeans

I have banded 70 lbs. of N into wheat stubble last fall with the intention of seeding flax this spring. Seeding plans have changed and I am planning on putting soybeans into that field. I have been told that the N will still be there the following year and will not be wasted. I have also read recently that the soybeans will not nodulate if there is too much N available. Does anyone have any advice? Will the N be wasted, or worse yet cause decreased soybean yields?
