Subject: Re: Chemical weights

Each maker has a web page and supplies extended labels and MSDS, some of those include weights, especially the MSDS. There are some commercial Farm Chemicals Handbooks, but none viewable on line that I found with a quick search, mostly available for purchase at a princely price. Used to be some of the chemical makers and distributors put out paper backs, I have one that's probably more than 20 years old, but I don't remember who published it and its deep in a moving pile of boxes so I'm not going to go look for it soon.

The state fertilizer commissioner likely has a list of standards that fertilizer is supposed to meet, which would include weight per gallon or cubic foot as well as chemical contents. I believe I've seen that at the Iowa Fertilizer's Czar's web page.
