SW Missouri | I have a set that we ran on a CAT 268B for a while. I thought they worked real well. They didn't ride as good as the factory ASV setup on my 287B but they rode better than steel over tires. They stay on top of mud extremely well because they have a large footprint. The only thing they didn't do as well as steel over tires was dig in hard ground when trying to do some excavating. That wasn't a big thing for me because I do very little of that kind of work with a skidloader. They are fairly easy to take on and off so as to switch from tires to tracks and back.
The set that I have are for sale if you are interested in a used set, they have about 300 hours use on them. The 268B that we had them on burnt last fall and I'm not going to replace it right now. Let me know if you are interested. | |
