sorry im not much help here.. but lets say i bring up a harvest layer you have to contour map then go into prescription and assign say how much i want to plant in each area ect...
If you in this situtaion didn't contour then you will get the error you refered too.. (sorry again but good luck)
If your on the maintence program then tech support is included and they are very helpful..
