I did it to a TW30 and it is pretty easy. I believe you just pull out the top link casting and the 2 foot shaft connected to it. Then pull the bottom plate off, pull the pto shaft. Then take out the 4 bolts holding the pto housing it and the two lower gears come out the bottom. I think? It's been a while since I did it, I do remember it was really easy though.
