Crude protein = nitrogen x 6.25 So, if you have 40% crude protein, that would equal 6.4% nitrogen (40 divided by 6.25).

Non-protein nitrogen is used when formulating rations for feeding animals.  If you are using this product for fertilizer, then just ignore this information.

Acid hydrolysis is one method of determining crude fat in a feed.  Again, it is not useful in fertilizer analysis.
