Subject: Re: Environmental and Social Impact of the 'Livestock Revolution'

It seems us medium size producers (I have 5000 hogs - maybe I'm still small) have lots of regulations or more correctly "standardizations" to make sure structures are build to a standard that works and we have cnmp's and other manure management plans to insure the manure is use appropriately. None of it is very hard. It might cost a little more money, but it's a small price to pay for adhering to good standards that result in all of us having fewer problems.

Thanks,

Pat
