Martinsville, Ohio		It is well worth their time for you to assign them to such modern projects, Joel.

Still they must understand the basics you are teaching from your posted ppts.

I commend you and ask you to keep teaching and leading them forward.

Application of these concepts to a farm in todays economics is crucial for the success of all.
