Subject: RE: Ag Lime VS. Pell Lime

Maybe I don't know what "pell" lime is in the Midwest, but around here it's the same exact stuff as finely ground ag limestone with the addition of a binder so it stays in a pelleted form. I even called the quarry to make sure that was so. Just use Ag Lime and save your money. That's a lot of Friday night beer and pizza money you'd be saving.

This has been discussed here before. I ran a quick search and this link should go to the topics http://talk.newagtalk.com/search/query.asp?fid=0&action=search&sear...

More specifically related to "pell" lime: http://talk.newagtalk.com/search/query.asp?fid=0&action=search&sear...

Looking back through some of those posts there was a lot of good info and interesting debate.
