just use 0 because you calculated the elevation during averaging. If you were setting it over a known survey point an inputting the elevation of the point and using a 4 ft tri-pod you would put in the height of the tripod to make up the difference or visa-versa. Leave it the same as it was when you came up with average unless you physically change the height of the antenna.
