Eastern VA. No such thing as too many Magnums.
Not sure what state you're in, but in Virginia, you need a private applicator certificate in order to buy and use restricted use chemicals. Our extension service administers the test. It's pretty easy, mostly common sense stuff. They probably have a study guide available.
