sw ontario | --they have from 3 acre too 100+ acre farms under glass or plastic...don't know the finances but they all drive hummers,mercedes,ect. and have new million dollar homes...its actually an issue for cash cropping guys as you have to be careful what you spray near them and with all there money they buy land just to park cash...local guy about 1/2 doz. years ago gave his son a start with $500k for a house,100k for furniture and 45 acres of cucumbers.....70+ year olds came from italy and worked like slaves too have a better life ,,next generation reaped benefits,,20 something kids now are spoiled brats...all production is hydroponic | |
