I went to the local FSA office on the 24th of Feb to sign the papers for the payment. At that time, the ladies told me that the payment should be in my account in a couple weeks. Got notice today and have confirmed that the deposit was made on the 5th of March.

When I signed up, I had to sign a form acknowledging that this would be a preliminary payment. Might have to repay some but could also get more. I have to wonder some, at the reports of some offices not having all the needed details & rules. Forms that the ladies filled out for us were simple fill numbers in boxes forms that they filled in on-line and then filed and printed. Really didn't look like there was a lot of room for mis-interpretation.
