You are posting on an internet website and you ask 'where else do I go?'. Farmdoc, Iowa State, Purdue, K-State are just a few sites that come to mind. Remember, the FSA is like the IRS. They are happy to answer questions but they have no responsibility regarding the accuracy of those answers.
