I have several of the red feeders in the link you posted. I didn't realize Behlen had those green chain ones (with the Big Valley label) when I bought mine. At least the local feed store didn't have any. I wonder if I might be able to cobble together a chain cone for mine. If it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you snap a few photos of how the chain 'cone' is attached?
