| Depends on where you are. They must be doing pretty well in Georgia and West Texas because they are steadily increasing acres. Insect pressure here in the Ms. Delta make it tough to make money. We're spending $80/acres on plant bugs and all that does is keep them beat back a little. We've eradicated the boll weevil, have BT for worms, but nothing seems to give over about 50% control of plant bugs. We need some new chemistry to come along. | |
