Breakdown on shop cost.
The door cost $10,700 installed.
The insulation cost is $19,800 installed.
The liner cost is $3,640 installed.
The building cost is $51,450 including labor, does not include foundation cement or labor.
Cement and cement labor about $29,900
Total cost is $115,490, I forgot to add the liner cost in my original post
