I straighten boom sections on the sprayer all the time, If I can't straighten it on the machine it is probably beyond repair. I use a air over hydraulic pump and a jack that I made from a 2 1/2 X 16 cylinder and a chain. I have straightened some really bad bends, it just takes time and learning where the right spot to push is.
