The engine hour/separator hour post has some interesting threads, so much so that I'm curious as to how many that unload on the turn row, or sitting still, take the separator out of gear so the engine is counting hours but the separator isn't.

And then the Q, how much does it wear the machine if it's sitting still while unloading, and the separator is in gear with no crop material being run through it?

And then the Q, how hard is it on a machine, if you take it out of gear, and put it back in gear every time you unload you grain tank?

And then the Q, how often do you guys, if there are any, have to replace the toggle switch that engages the separator?
