West central Ms
I have a petsafe stubborn dog underground fence that was installed 2 years ago. Works great! 1900 feet. I lost a transmitter once to lightning, the company replaced it with a new one for half price of a new one. I also bought a lightning protector for the system and it has solved that problem(bad storm 2 weeks after install) Be sure and use waterproof connectors for your splices. I used a garden tiller with a foot I made out of a fertilizer injection knife with a tube welded to it, hung the spool on the handle bar. The wire fed through a 1/4" pipe I had welded on rear of the knife.
