We also had two butler farmstead buildings that have been very good and have a good local contractor who sells and erects them so I priced one before embarking on my present building project, I nearly fell down as they were 2x anything else I had considered. Wood frame buildings are much cheaper at the present time and the lower end steel buildings looked pretty cheaply made to me. Ended up with a 2x6 stud frame building on a knee wall the studs make it nicer to finish out the shop end of building.
