Need a gas spring for backhoe door which is home made about 6" stroke. Original gas spring is gone so I don't have any part #'s to cross reference. Does any one have any idea what force I need to hold door open in breezy conditions, yet not take two hands and foot on dash to close. Also where is a good place to buy one. I have seen price ranges from 15 to 90 bucks. thanks.
